1. Services Provided

ACH Pest provides professional pest control services, including but not limited to general pest control, termite treatments, rodent control, mosquito services, inspections, and specialty treatments. Services are performed based on the conditions present at the time of service.

Results may vary depending on environmental factors, property conditions, sanitation, weather, and pest behavior.

2. No Guarantee of Complete Eradication

ACH Pest does not guarantee complete or permanent elimination of pests. Pest control is a process, and results depend on multiple factors beyond our control. Reinfestation may occur due to neighboring properties, structural conditions, or environmental changes.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about pest activity and property conditions

• Follow all preparation and post-treatment instructions

• Allow access to all necessary areas of the property

• Maintain proper sanitation and structural conditions to help prevent reinfestation

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service results and void eligibility for re-service or refund consideration.

4. Scheduling, Access, and Missed Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled within agreed service windows.

• Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property.

• Missed appointments or denied access may result in a service charge.

• ACH Pest is not responsible for delays caused by weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payments and Fees

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• ACH Pest accepts approved payment methods as listed on our website.

• Unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

• Customers agree to contact ACH Pest directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating chargebacks.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Refund Policy page for details regarding eligibility and procedures.

7. Termite and Specialty Services

Termite treatments, inspections, wildlife services, and specialty treatments involve additional risks and conditions. Once initiated, these services are generally non-refundable. Any warranties or guarantees are limited to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement provided at the time of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

• ACH Pest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

• ACH Pest is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural damage, or hidden infestations.

9. Property Damage

ACH Pest takes reasonable care when performing services. However, pest control treatments may involve drilling, access points, or equipment use. ACH Pest is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, concealed utilities, or structural defects.

10. Health and Safety

Clients agree to disclose the presence of pets, children, sensitive individuals, or known allergies prior to service. ACH Pest follows labeled product instructions and industry safety standards.

11. Service Refusal

ACH Pest reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Unsafe conditions exist

• Non-payment occurs

• Client behavior is abusive or threatening

• Property conditions prevent safe or effective treatment

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, logos, images, and materials are the property of ACH Pest and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

ACH Pest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
