ACH Pest is committed to providing professional, reliable pest control services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services.

1. General Policy

Because pest control services involve labor, time, materials, and travel, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to resolve concerns through re-service or corrective treatment whenever possible.

2. One-Time Services

For one-time pest control treatments:

  • If a customer is dissatisfied, they must notify ACH Pest within 7 days of the service date.

  • ACH Pest may, at its discretion, offer:

    • A follow-up service at no additional charge, or

    • A partial refund based on the circumstances.

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been fully performed unless ACH Pest determines the service was not delivered as agreed.

3. Recurring or Subscription Services

For recurring service plans:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable once a service visit has occurred.

  • Customers may cancel future services at any time by providing notice before the next scheduled service.

  • No refunds are issued for missed appointments due to lack of access or customer unavailability.

4. Termite, Specialized, and Inspection Services

Due to the nature of these services:

  • Termite treatments, inspections, wildlife services, and specialty treatments are non-refundable once initiated.

  • If a concern arises, ACH Pest will evaluate the issue and determine appropriate corrective action in accordance with the service agreement.

5. Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Pest activity caused by conditions outside ACH Pest’s control (e.g., sanitation issues, structural deficiencies, weather events).

  • Failure to follow preparation or post-treatment instructions.

  • Services rendered but results affected by reinfestation from neighboring properties.

  • Natural pest activity common to the Central Texas region.

6. Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact ACH Pest directly to resolve any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.
